Design and Detail
WE CAN OFFER EITHER FULL DESIGN OR CONNECTIONS ONLY FROM CONSULTANT ENGINEERS DESIGN.
From the design stage the latest industry specific modelling software is utilised to produce both electronic data for our automated machinery and production drawings enabling the efficient fabrication of steelwork.

Fabrication
STEELWORK IS FABRICATED IN OUR 5000M2 FACTORY ENABLING THE PRODUCTION OF LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS LATTICE GIRDERS AND TRUSSES.
Computer controlled machinery is used to cut and drill sections and fittings before moving into fabrication area where our skilled fitters and welders complete the assembly of the components with either MAG or MMA welding processes.

Surface Coatings
WE CAN OFFER A FULL RANGE OF SURFACE COATINGS FOR THE STEELWORK
Painted coatings are completed in house with Galvanised, Intumescent and other finishes being provided by sub-contracted specialists.
